Proficient in serving as a catalyst and mentor for initiating new research collaborations through multidisciplinary teams of scientists from national and international institutions. Pioneer in advancing the understanding of how to respond to coastal marine pollution problems. Expert in significantly advancing the science and technology needed to support critical management decisions for living marine resources and their ecosystems.
